In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of Reiki, including its history, principles, and how to practice self-healing and healing others. The class typically involves hands-on practice, discussion, and the first attunement, which opens you to the Reiki energy.

Reiki level 2
Reiki level 2 class is about broadening your knowledge and skills in professional therapeutic hands-on applications. This course focuses on enhancing your ability to provide effective Reiki treatments through direct physical touch. You will learn advanced techniques to deepen your Reiki practice and provide remote sessions.
In this class you will learn proper hand positions and techniques for full-body Reiki treatments. Practice advanced hands-on protocols for targeting specific areas of the body. Learn and apply hands-on techniques for addressing common physical and emotional concerns. Perform hands-on Reiki sessions on classmates, focusing on proper body mechanics and client communication.
Students will learn how to draw the level 2 Reiki Symbols, learning the mantras and the use of these techniques on clients, loved ones and situations. How to use the symbols to cleanse and charge a room. How to perform a special treatment using the symbols.

Re-attunment
Practitioners are pretty divided with their opinions on re-attunement. Some say it is necessary after a traumatic event while others say it is never needed.
