Reiki harnesses and directs the universal life force energy all living beings possess to foster a healthy inner environment. Through balancing all the energy centers in the body improve their quality of life. Reiki can improve sleep quality, reduced anxiety, elevated mood, pain alleviation, increased vitality and enhanced blood circulation. Sound Bath Meditation Sessions
A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where individuals sit or lie down and are surrounded by resonant sounds. Featuring 432 hz crystal singing bowls, to generate an echoing sound that envelops participants, permeating the room and the body.
